TODAY'S PROMPT: What has been your favorite costume you've worn?

  1. My favorite costume I've worn was as a child and it was Dorothy from Wizard of Oz!

    Love the Pretty Pirate LO!

  2. My favorite costume - was in 6th or 7th grade - I went as a giant button. It was incredibly difficult to wear to school since it was rigid and huge BUT I got to design it myself. I had alot of fun with it - it even had a giant "pin" on the back fashioned out of a wire hanger.

  3. My favorite costume had to have been when I dressed up as Wednesday Addams. I know, I know. The inside of my head is a weird place! :)

  4. My favorite costume was the year my mom made a pumpkin out of orange crepe paper and a small hula hoop.

  5. My fav was a bunny costume I wore when I was 4. My parents made the ears from a wire coat hanger and tights. :)

  6. My favorite costume was a Minni Mouse costume in 7th grade, my mom made it and it was decked out cute!!!

  7. I just ordered one of you cute kits I am sooo excited!!!!!!

  8. My husband and I dressed and Wayne and Garth from Wayne's World last year. This was my husband's first time really dressing up! It was so fun to see him get into it.

  9. My favourite costume was when I went as a green martian. I think I was 8 years old. My parents and I made it out of green garbage bags and green tin foil. It turned out awesome and I was so proud of it.

  10. My favorite costume is the homemade tinkerbell costume my mom made. I added the yarn pompoms myself for her shoes :)

  11. OH MY---this kit looks FAB! I love those little monsters! Great LO!! SO FUN to scrap Halloween costumes/etc.

I have to say that my fav costume was when I was young--6th grade. My mom made me a lollipop dress (fluffy and big and super cute) with the biggest lollipop out of wood! SO CUTE:)

  12. I love this layout Emily.. amazing details. Love the photo. My favourite costume was probably the year I got to wear my dad's clothes out for halloween.. those days.. man makes me sound so old.. we didnt really have costumes to buy.. and with 9 kids couldn't afford it so we would make up our own costumes wearing our parents clothes and stuffing our bellies with pillows.. those are the good memories of growing up trick or treating.

  13. Loving your blog hops!!! Here's my shared link:

  14. My favorite costume was the year I as Marilyn Monroe - I've never been blond or, um, endowed, before!
